We teach effective self defense techniques that include kicks, punches, strikes, joint locks, take downs, and throws while helping you get in to top physical shape.

Empty Hand Forms

Forms are sequences of movements that have been passed down through generations. All the self defense techniques come from fighting forms. Our forms are fast moving, fluid and very powerful. Fighting forms will increase your coordination, stamina, and body strength. Each form is a fitness program in itself.

Traditional Chinese Weapons

Weapons traing gives you co-ordination, stamina and body strength. We teach Dan dao (Broadsword), Gwun (Southern Pole), Dai Pa (Tiger Fork), Cheung (Spear), Pang (Staff), Gwan Dao (General Gwan's blade).

Weapon forms build up different areas of the body depending on what weapons are used as well as bare hand techniques.
